There will be twelve qualifying events over the weekend.

    1. ALL competitors (except swimmers), when competing, must wear the T--shirts as a top garment. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
    2. Team size is 25 athletes.   This number includes any reserves you may wish to bring.  This number may not be exceeded.
    3. A Profile for each competitor must be entered in their information on page 2.   Guidelines for the assessment of Profiles are included with the Team Managers Information.
    4. The organisers must be notified of any substitutes any time before the start of the Games up to 12.00 on the Saturday.
    5. Whilst recognising the spirit of goodwill that led some teams to offer to other teams their own athletes to make up numbers for team events this is not allowed   If you cannot raise a complete team to register for team events on the day to will not be allowed to compete in that event.
    6. It should be noted that the essence of the championship is TEAM COMPETITION.   Whilst every effort is made to allow the competitor to enjoy his or her speciality event, time is a great constraint.Managers should spread the events out amongst their competitors and not place an undue burden on a few to carry the team.
    7. The age limit for juniors is under 16 on the Saturday of the event.
    8. Any dispute should be referred to the organiser. Their decision is final.
    9. Points are awarded in each event   According to the total number of points awarded to teams those teams participating are then ranked and points awarded to team placings as follows : -

 In the event of a tie scores will be averaged for the places tied. EG a tie for 2nd place gives each team 21 points {(22 + 20) ÷2} A 3 way tie for 4th place results in 17 points {(18+17+16) ÷3}

All competitors must be PUNCTUAL.  It is discourteous to keep other competitors waiting.  Therefore, all competitors, or teams, will be given a five minute warning for their participation over the PA system.  Failure to attend after this may result in a disqualification.  Team managers should ensure their team members are there or should see the event manager to explain why they cannot be there.
